Chris Kelly, 51, is president and CEO of HomeServices of America, Inc., where he leads a network of more than 40,000 real estate, mortgage, title and insurance professionals across the U.S. A 20+ year veteran of the real estate industry, Chris began his career as a real estate and financial services attorney before joining HomeServices in 2007.

Since then, he has served in multiple leadership roles within the organization, including general counsel and chief administrative officer of ReeceNichols in Kansas City, CEO of the Ebby Halliday Companies in Texas, and most recently, executive vice president of HomeServices of America.

Chris has been recognized annually since 2020 on the Swanepoel Power 200 list of the most influential leaders in residential real estate.
