For the second consecutive year, a survey of large commercial and industrial customers ranked Berkshire Hathaway Energy No. 1 among U.S. electric utility holding companies for overall customer satisfaction.
According to TQS Research, Inc., Berkshire Hathaway Energy had the highest overall satisfaction score among electric utility holding companies in the U.S., with 96.1 percent of customers surveyed saying they were very satisfied.
