Using the most sophisticated computer networks in the gas transportation industry, BHE Pipeline Group – comprised of our subsidiaries Kern River Gas Transmission Company, Northern Natural Gas and BHE GT&S – work to reliably deliver that power precisely when and where it’s needed. In 2024, BHE Pipeline Group transported approximately 14% of the natural gas consumed in the U.S.

BHE Pipeline Group had the four highest-ranked pipelines among the 38 interstate pipelines in Mastio and Company’s 29th Edition customer satisfaction survey. A BHE Pipeline Group company has held the top two rankings for the last 16 years.

Extending Across the U.S.

Northern Natural Gas owns the largest interstate natural gas pipeline system in the U.S. The system consists of 14,200 miles of natural gas pipeline and extends from southern Texas to Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
