Rocky Mountain Power ranks third in the West in a nationwide study measuring customer trust of electric and natural gas utilities. The survey questioned 19,000 residential utility customers served by the 125 largest U.S. utilities.
The study was conducted by Cogent Reports, a division of Market Strategies International, and is considered the first study to provide a holistic view of the relationship consumers have with their utility providers. Included in the survey were measurements for brand trust, operational satisfaction and product experience by evaluating:
- Concern for customers
- Company reputation
- Credibility
- Dedication
- Environmental performance
- Community involvement
”While we are very pleased with this result, with this feedback we look forward to moving up in the rankings,” said Andreasen.
